To use GoCover services you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. Accounts are for individual or authorised corporate use only; impersonation or misuse is prohibited.
Our services let you compare, request quotes, and interact with insurers and our advisory team. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activities, to attempt unauthorised access, or to interfere with operations.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or buying products. Incorrect or withheld information may affect underwriting, claims, or policy validity.
GoCover is a digital platform operated by MetaBees Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. (IRDAI license as applicable). All interactions are subject to IRDAI regulations and other applicable laws. We act as an insurance broker and do not underwrite risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoCover and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amounts paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim (if any).
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the services shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by mandatory regulation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
