How to Raise a Complaint
We are committed to resolving your concerns in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. If you have a complaint or grievance related to our services, please follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Email your complaint to grievance@gocover.in with full details, policy number (if applicable), and your contact information.
- Step 2: If unresolved within 14 days, escalate your issue to our Compliance Officer at compliance@gocover.in.
- Step 3: If still unresolved, you may approach the Insurance Ombudsman or the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).
Every complaint is acknowledged within 3 working days and resolved within 14 days, as per IRDAI guidelines.
