IRDAI Compliance Statement

GoCover operates in accordance with the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) regulations applicable to licensed Insurance Brokers. All customer interactions, processes, and business conduct follow the IRDAI (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, 2018.

At present, GoCover functions strictly as a Direct Insurance Broker and does not operate as an ISNP (Insurance Self-Network Platform) or Web Aggregator. All insurance-related activities on the platform are carried out within the scope permitted under our broker license.

GoCover is in the process of expanding its digital capabilities, and an application for ISNP approval will be submitted to IRDAI as required once digital sales and API-based integrations with insurers are ready.

Our operations adhere to IRDAI guidelines pertaining to customer data protection, solicitation norms, grievance redressal mechanisms, audit requirements, and record-keeping obligations.

Compliance reports, audit documents, and regulatory filings are maintained and made available to IRDAI or other authorized authorities upon request.
