File a Complaint
We are committed to resolving your concerns fairly and promptly. If you have any complaints or grievances related to our services or information presented on our platform, please follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Email your complaint to grievance@gocover.in with full details, policy reference (if applicable), and your contact information.
- Step 2: If your issue is not resolved within 14 days, escalate it to our Compliance Officer at compliance@gocover.in.
- Step 3: For unresolved issues, you may approach the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) or the Insurance Ombudsman.
We ensure that every complaint is acknowledged within 3 working days and resolved within 14 days. Your feedback is valuable to us.
